The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all services provided by KfMarketingUK
All work is carried out by KfMarketing on the understanding that the client has agreed to the terms and conditions.
TRAINING COURSES & WORKSHOPS

Fees: Payment is required up front for all courses and workshops. Course bookings are non-transferrable (either to other people or from single to multi sessions)
Timings: Course sessions will start, and finish, on time. If you are late, the session will still end at the usual time. If in the instance that I am late, I will finish an hour from my start time.
HOMEWORK: If it’s appropriate I set homework for you to do to in between sessions, This will be sent through via email after the lesson. The homework is part of the learning process so please try to complete it. I do not formally mark homework, but I will review it at the beginning of our next session.
Cancellation: If we find it necessary to cancel a workshop, all participants/students will be notified. If a workshop must be cancelled completely, we will give students the opportunity of a refund minus admin fees or will transfer their payment to another workshop available if there are still spaces available.
IF YOU NEED TO CANCEl:
For One Session Courses - There is a 48-hour cancellation policy. If it’s not possible for you to attend the training session lesson, please give 48 hours’ notice. This may give me time to offer your slot to another student on my waiting list. If you must cancel within 48 hours then a refund will be issued minus the admin fee. Exceptions - if I have another slot become available later in the week and you are able to fill it, OR in the case of severe illness or emergencies.
For workshop/multi session courses: refunds will only be given if 7 days' notice is given. This may give us time to offer your series booking to another student on the waiting list. If you must cancel within 7 days then a refund will be issued minus the admin fee.
