Please read my T&Cs before you start working with kfMarketingUK

T&Cs
The following Terms and Conditions of Service apply to all services provided by KfMarketingUK
All work is carried out by KfMarketing on the understanding that the client has agreed to the terms and conditions.

PROJECTS
ACCEPTING A PROJECT
I will send you a proposal for services, and provide you with a quotation for services. A copy of the quotation should be signed and dated by you (the client) to indicate you have read and accepted it. Please email the acceptance form back to KfMarketingUK. A contract for work will then be issued which should be signed and returned. Alternatively, I can accept official work orders in reply to a quotation – your acceptance of our quotation binds you (the client) to accept the T&Cs. No work on a project will commence until either a signed quotation, signed contract, or work order has been received.
ENGAGEMENT
You engage KfMarketingUK to deliver the work as per the project specs agreed via email or documents sent to you. KfMarketingUK not an employee, agent, or partner of any client who accepts project work.
PROJECT INFORMATION
You will need to provide any project information requested by KfMarketingUK in a timely manner to allow work to be delivered. If information is not provided, we reserve the right to change agreed delivery dates and fees. For website/design work; All proofs must be checked carefully. KfMarketingUK cannot accept responsibility for errors after work has been signed off by the client. SUPPLY OF PHOTOGRAPHY : is the responsibility of the client; however, if required arrange a photoshoot for you or take individual photos (prices will be quoted separately).

MEETINGS
Once a contract is signed meetings are charged per hour. We are part of the Small Business Green Growth Programme and make a conscious effort to make our business sustainable so we'll often ask you for online meetings first.

Emergency meeting : same-day or urgent meeting requests may be considered but note that there is a premium c harge for these.

CONTENT
SUPPLIED CONTENT: Please ensure all media supplied is owned by yourself or you have checked any permission/ or restrictions to ensure that they are not subject to copyright from third parties. You remain responsible for permission for use of any third-party material.
By supplying text, images, and other data to KfMarketingUK for inclusion in your project work, you (the client) acknowledge that you hold the appropriate copyright and/or trademark permissions. We are not liable for content supplied to us by you. The client agrees to fully indemnify and hold KfMarketingUK free from harm in any and all claims resulting from the client in not having obtained all the required copyright, and/or any other necessary permissions.

CONTACT
Our regular working hours are Monday to Friday 10am-4pm. We prioritize planned, scheduled work to ensure quality and reliability for all our clients. Last-minute or unscheduled requests incur premium rates, and we cannot guarantee availability as pre-planned contract work takes priority in our schedule.
WhatsApp and Messenger
While I monitor messages via WhatsApp and Messenger outside of business hours and will read them, I will usually respond to these during regular working hours unless the matter is genuinely urgent. I appreciate your understanding that this policy helps me maintain the high standards of service that have made me an award-winning agency!

Website Development and Client Access
Development Phase Access Restrictions
During the website development phase, the client acknowledges and agrees that they will not have access to the back end of the website during the build process, unless required for the build. This inclues:

Work-in-progress pages

Editing website content or text

Accessing development environments

Making changes to any website elements
Website development involves multiple complex layers and backend systems that are not yet configured for client access. Premature access could result in data loss, interference with development processes, or technical conflicts that may delay project completion.

FEES
Project fees will be set out in quotations provided to you. You agree to pay KfMarketingUK for the work in accordance with the T&Cs. Invoices will be provided for the amount of fees for work undertaken including any expenses incurred in process of carrying out the contract. If you are not paying through our shop, a deposit of the quoted fee will become immediately due if outlined in our quotation or contract with you.
Should the requirements or scope of any project change mid-project, I reserve the right to renegotiate the fee to allow for work of greater scope or duration. Release of work done by KfMarketing on behalf of the client, may not take place before cleared funds have been received.
Terms for Payment: Settlement due within 7 calendar days.
A 5% late fee will be levied for late payment of invoices due immediately the invoice is overdue in line with our T&Cs. This will be sent separately or added to your next bill. Should invoices be paid late on a regular basis we will move you to a pre- payment plan.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT LIABILITY
CONCEPTS: Ideas, text, creative models, strategic plans, design/artwork remain the intellectual property of KfMarketingUK until full payment for your project is received. Copyright is retained until all costs have been settled. Please refer to you project contract for specifics. If you are purchasing a Marketing Review online, note that all Intellectual Property Rights belong to KFMarketing and you are not permitted to reproduce, copy or otherwise use without permission. All marketing and social reviews are copyrighted.

CONFIDENTIALITY/COMMERCIAL SENSITIVITY: Each party will keep confidential and not disclose to any third party any private information of the other party which has been disclosed whilst undertaking the contract, nor use confidential information for any purpose other than the performance of this agreement. Neither KfMarketingUK nor the Client shall do anything which would bring into disrepute the other party, the other party’s products, or property.​​
